Welcome to a new year and a new beginning of endless opportunities! Here at Arbor School we have many exciting educational programs that facilitate our students' learning. One of those programs is WIN (What I Need), which meets daily. This program is designed to address the specific needs the student may have. It gives the students the opportunity to focus on skills they may struggle with as well as skills they feel confident doing.

My name is Mrs. Weber and I am one of Arbor Intermediate School's Support Specialists. I have been teaching in the district for over 15 years. As a Support Specialist in Literacy & Mathematics, I will be working with the children in small groups. In this small group setting, the children have the opportunity to develop and improve their literacy and mathematics skills, while also learning strategies that will help them become more proficient, confident, and independent learners!!!

In a changing world like ours, we must remember that the greatest power in the world is the power of knowledge and together we can accomplish this goal.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me by email or telephone. I will be happy to discuss your child's progress with you. I am looking forward to an exciting year filled with opportunities for all to Believe, Achieve and Succeed !!!

Last but not least, remember to do your very best with every task and always, always, always continue to....
