Visitors bring the land of Oz to Arbor

Students at Arbor Intermediate School were over the rainbow when two visitors from the Land of Oz brought the theatre to them!

Micaela Martinez, who is currently in the Broadway company of “Wicked,” and Sheherazade Holman, who plays Glinda the Good Witch in the national tour of “The Wiz,” led assemblies for the 4th and 5th graders on Thursday, June 4.

The two sang for the students and spoke about their journey to the heights of Broadway and national theatre, sharing insights into their career and experiences in the performing arts. Thanks to teacher Neal Bennington for arranging this special visit.
